All products sold through New You Clinics are classified as research use only (RUO). They are not intended for human or animal consumption, are not drugs, and are not approved by the FDA for clinical use. Buyers acknowledge this classification at intake and at checkout.
3. Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older. Ordering is reserved for verified members — GPO (Group Purchasing Organizations), RI (Research Institute), Educational Facilities, and Private/Research. Member verification — including documentation of business identity and reseller permit — is required before any order is placed.
4. Account responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided during intake and for the lawful handling of products received.
5. Orders, pricing, and availability
Orders are subject to acceptance. Prices and availability may change. New You Clinics may decline orders that conflict with verification status, applicable law, or our policies.
6. Assumption of risk and limitation of liability
Buyers assume all risks associated with possession, handling, and use of materials supplied by New You Clinics. To the maximum extent permitted by law, New You Clinics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.
